They did great service and our service technician, Daniel I believe, went above and beyond. Some people had arrived to pick up a couch I was selling while he was working, and he jumped up and offered to help them carry it to their car!!! Nice guy! I don't do reviews often, but I wanted to make time for this because it is deserved.

Extremely genuine guy. Gets right to the point and gets the job done. Does work in a timely and efficient manner at competitive pricing! Highly recommended!

We contacted this company to fix a dishwasher. They agreed to come knowing it was an appliance. They arrived, said they don’t normally work on dishwashers. Proceeded to take it apart, identified a valve (that we said we thought was the issue). They removed the valve, blew into it with their mouth and said “yep sounds like this is the problem”. Then proceeded to notify my husband that they charge $250 an hour- includes any travel time to go pick up the parts needed, labor etc. my husband said no thank you. They charged us $250 just to come out. NEVER use this company. I’ve never heard of a $250 service fee. I’ve tried over multiple days to ask for a partial refund from the owner and he refuses. And- the valve wasn’t the issue it turns out just FYI. This company did not troubleshoot the issue.

My technician (Brock) was courteous and professional and I enjoyed working with him! He found our leak and provided a detailed report.

Had clogged kitchen drain so called AAA. Took trap apart under sink to run auger. Told had 50’ auger; later found ran only 25’. Unable to clear blockage. Suggested hydro jetting; asked price several times and never got answer. Said options were to pour sulfuric acid in drain (with all safety concerns) or hydro jet with $500 minimum price.
Called Roto Rooter; sent Tech Dallas Campbell who had drain opened within 15 minutes and charged $147
Paid AAA $100 for accomplishing NOTHING

A Go-To for any sewer problems

Eric called before the appointment to let me know when he was going to arrive. Once here he went right to work and kept me informed the entire way. Eric is also very personable which I appreciate. He was finished in under and hour and the estimate he gave is what he charges. I also asked him to bid on some other small jobs and he sent me the quotes very quickly. It was a good experience and I appreciate a company that understands customer services.

So one day I go out to use my hose and there is no water pressure but I noticed water is coming out of the bottom of the house out of the crawl space and we have a home warranty so we call the home warranty and they give the job to peak plumbing so in two days Peak plumbing finally comes out and they go to the crawl space opening and look to see what is going on and they see what the problem is and he says he can have it fixed probably tomorrow but he just needs $100 trade fee that the home warranty is going to require or they are just going to deny it so me and my wife not knowing anything being a first-time homeowner give it to him only to get a call that night from the home warranty place saying that it has been denied and they will not be paying to fix it so 4 days rolls around and we are calling them emailing them texting them not getting any response finally he responds with this text message that I've attached to this review saying that they are on Grand lake today and that they won't get to it till next week remind you it's already been 4 days and we've had no water because the city had to come shut it off so the house didn't flood and then he put snarkily hope you guys get it done good luck and then I asked like anybody would am I getting my hundred dollars back and he says no so he steals our $100 and then proceeded to say that he's going to call the home warranty place and get another hundred for spending some time on the phone trying to get it covered my wife and I could not believe it we thought this kind of thing was illegal or has to be illegal I guess all the reviews about home warranty places are true and how they get bottom barrel companies that are trash anyways to do jobs and then they just steal your money and don't ever come fix it or fix it in the first place when they do come out. I am so disgusted with the way this business had treated us. I'm going to do everything in my power to get my money back this is illegal in some form I don't know how but do not use this company.. do not use this company!

Very very poor workmanship. I had gas leaks everywhere on the house side and after about the 4th time of them coming out to fix it I decided I would do it myself so I knew there wasn't any more leaks and it was done right. And they forgot to run the water line to the icebox after being told a few times. All around poor company.

If you use them keep an eye on them.
