I called this company when water heater wouldn’t work. They showed up the same day and told me that they could drain and fix or replace. My budget was tight so I asked which was cheaper. They worked with me and took care of the problem and stayed in my budget. I now have hot water and a good company to refer all my neighbors and friends to. They were quick, efficient and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. Thank you so much Best Price plumbing. You really live up to your name and more!

I heard water running and went outside to find it coming up through the ground in our front yard (house is 62 years old). I called after shutting off the water and was told they couldn’t get someone out til tomorrow morning (I chose not to pay overtime). The office gal called me back 15 minutes later to say she had a plumber who could come right then. Ryan showed up, dug a big hole and was able to put in a new pipe but didn’t have to go all the way to the street. We will go ahead and get a bid for that from them, since those galvanized pipes are so old, but to have this initial problem fixed this quickly and for a reasonable price made my day! It is 1.5 hours after my initial call and it’s fixed! We have used Expert Plumbing now 4-5 times and have always been pleased with their work and excellent customer service. Would not hesitate to recommend this company. Thanks again!

This was a leak that could not be found inside - although the water meter was ticking away - Mike was excellent - the hottest day of the last three weeks - he wore his mask checked everywhere and finally found a broken pipe forcing him to dig a trench to repair it - can not say enough how impressed I was with his work ethics.

I am a recent amputee from a really bad motorcycle accident. I live in a one bedroom one bathroom with my wife and three sons that are all autistic. Brian took my call and had Gilbert come over. Ive had problems with my sewer before.
My whole house was clogged and coming up in my shower. A neighbor referred me to Rattlesnake Drain and I couldn't be happier with their service! They came out and cleared the drain and even found my septic for me. Ive used other plumbing companies and had bad experiences, but Brian and Isaac are very honest and reasonable plumbers. I will be referring Rattlesnake Drain to any friend or family

Where do I begin, we own a rental property and had these guys out.

These guys are incompetent and will cost you more money. They were assigned to us through our home warranty company. They apparently received approval from the warranty company to replace the toilet. When replacing it, the didn’t replace it with the correct size toilet. The old foot print of the toilet was substantially bigger than the new toilet they replaced it with! The floor was originally tiled and was only grouted to accommodate the original toilet, very common. These guys installed caulking around the new toilet and in the grout lines allowed any water that gets on the floor to seep into the downstairs ceiling!!!! So when we were getting water in the ceiling called them out, they then said our shower pan was leaking?! Decided to get a second opinion and there is no leak from the shower pan, so did the toilet even need to be replaced in the first place??

Mr. B is amazing... we have been having plumbing problems with our toilet for about a month now. We were dealing with another company for this problem. That other company could not fix the problem for us. Mr. B came right over and fixed the issue for us. I wish we would have just called him in the first place. I will definitely be recommend this company to family and friends.

Home warranty company sent Rooter King to diagnose and fix leaking faucets (kitchen / main bathroom). First technician said entire faucet needed replacing. Warranty company only offered lower quality faucet, which didn’t match other finishes. While my husband contacted me via phone to discuss what we wanted to do, the technician already replaced the faucet. My husband said he didn’t like it, so the technician got upset and rushed to take it off. He stormed out cursing taking the kitchen and bathroom faucets with him. Not only did nothing get fixed, but the technician damaged the inside of the sink. We called to complain - at first they denied responsibility, but then owned up to it. They sent someone out to take pics and measure the sink. Spoke to the supervisor who was going to have someone come with several options for faucets. Someone did come, but nothing was done. No work order was submitted for sink to be replaced or repaired. No work order for kitchen faucet either. They said there was no way to get in touch with the supervisors. That was almost a week ago. Since then, we had the warranty company send another plumber who came today and fixed both sinks. Surprisingly, they didn’t need replacement after all!

I have had an issue with a washing machine drain that has constantly overflowed into the bathroom sink for years. Dominic with In and Out diagnosed and repaired the issue today. He was courteous, professional and above all very thorough. Thank you for taking care of us. You did a FANTASTIC job!
