Wally was so helpful and full of knowledge when working on our AC unit. I explained everything I had explained to other well known AC companies (who never listened to my concerns )and he actually dug deep and tested various things to find the problem and find a solution! I was so relieved that he was here because he truly did so much to help us figure out the problem. Thank you, Wally!

Marco showed up on time and went right to work after briefing me on what he was going to do. He went through the entire house and showed me each valve, connection, and every connection and what it needed to be corrected. Great guy, and a great representative for your company! I had called Desert Star earlier because I realized the AC temperature wasn’t holding and they were able to schedule me for the next day (thank god it wasn’t going to be a week). Our AC then decided to fully give out and the house got up to 87 degrees on a 106 degree day.

Felipe was the tech that was sent out to us. He was great! He called as soon as he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. Very friendly and nice, he was also very nice to our kitty. He was able to get our AC working within 20 minutes! So grateful to Felipe and Desert Star Air Conditioning and Plumbing.
