I called a couple of techs in the area. Nobody could come this week. Goeltt was fast to schedule a visit the same day. Much appreciated The Technician was here on time. Gave me a very reasonable and honest quote. I will definitely using their services again. Thanks again tech Taden.

STAY FAR AWAY.

I called my home warranty company because I had a leak in some plumbing outdoors. I made sure each company knew it was outdoors when I was scheduling the appointments and filing the claim. So Super Drain shows up to my house, the guys takes a glance at the issue and demands the $60. He told me he needs the $60 before he can even call the Home Warranty company to get the repair approved. So fine, I pay the $60.

He steps off for a few minutes and comes up to me saying he has bad news and that the Home Warranty won't cover the repair because it's not indoors. I was livid. No wonder he was so rushed to get the money. I asked him if he knew the policy with Home Warranty and he agreed that he did. So I asked him why they would even come to look at the problem if he knew it wouldn't be covered? He tried to make up some excuses about how it might have been covered so he just wanted to check.

I don't even have experience with this company's service because we never got that far but if they are willing to scam you out of $60 before even beginning the work I can't imagine what problems you would have later on down the road. Not to mention they were extremely unprofessional. So again, do yourself a favor and stay far away.

I had an issue after the replacement of my faucet had to call them back I was pleasantly surprised that they fixed there mistake without a hassle or back & forth I would have written this review if this would have remained an issue so I’m obligated to say when they stood by there morals and did the right thing, thank you TAZ I appreciate you making it right. I will recommend to family & friends!

We feel fortunate to have had All In Plumbing at our house today to fix a leak that had sprung from an outside line. We called our service line warranty company and were told that we would have someone out to our house today or tomorrow. All in Plumbing arrived at our house within two hours. Before they even arrived, we were made to feel at ease by an email notification that they were on their way (much like a package notification). When the guys arrived, (Robert Pizano and Jorge Tellez) they were very courteous, professional and efficient at resolving the problem. Within a few hours, our outside plumbing water leak was fixed. They cleaned up and left the area the way they found it. We are so pleased with their work ethic. We hope the next time we have an issue, the company will send them. Thank you so much Robert and Jorge!!
