We recently had service at our rental property. Angelo was very nice came on a Saturday within 2 hours of our call and got the clogged drain fixed in no time. He was true to his quote and gave us suggestions to help keep it clean. Will definitely use him again and refer him to friends

I am always hesitant to call the “large guys” and I consider Parker and Sons one of the “large guys”. In this case, my main water line was clogged and we could not do dishes or laundry. I called a smaller company on a recommendation and the dispatcher told me they were booked solid, couldn’t come out until tomorrow from 5-7 after hours and it would be time and a half ($192 an hour). Called Parker and Sons and dispatcher said they could be out today, the tech would call when he was 30 minutes out, and explained all the billing. Got a call shortly after noon and Sam the tech got here within 20 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, gave me options, and then fixed the problem in a little over an hour. He tested everything twice to make sure it was working correctly. He even gave me some advice to go and get some enzymes to put in the water line. Sam was great and very polite and friendly. The price wasn’t cheap but it was about what I thought I would pay. I would use Parker and Sons again with no hesitation.

Once there, their diagnosis was right on the money and they explained everything to us that was needed and made recommendations for the future. Angelo and Rick are true professionals. We needed four different plumbing services: 1)installation of a water circulator; 2) installation of a Whole House APEC Salt Free Water softener; installation of kitchen faucet; removal of salt water softener. Angelo sent Serge to do the work. He is extraordinarily proficient, personable, caring, congenial, and even funny. The invoice for the work was most reasonable especially considering the length of time to do the work and its complexity. Angelo was very responsive and courteous. We will definitely request Serge and only Serge next time.
