Problem: Very slow flow from bathroom tub hot water. Can't be too hard to fix, right? The hot water heater was only a few feet away from the bathtub faucet.Enter Kevin: Inspects the whole house, not just the faucet. He says it will be almost $11,000 to repair. WHAT? All that other stuff works just fine!I needed to have answers. I needed to know why and how he determined what was needed.After a long conversation and many questions answered, I accepted the estimate. Andrew, Ben and Tyson examined the project thoroughly, discussed it with me, agreed to my special requests, and made sure we were all on the same page.The 5 day project stretched to 9 days. Tyson spent many hours under the house, and had to get creative to work around heating duct, and old galvanized pipe. Every single aspect of his work was the highest quality. He has an amazing work ethic. He is patient, polite, professional, and thorough. It is obvious that he cares about his work, he cares about the customer, and he cares about the company.There were problems. There was communication. Andrew was always available to address every little issue and get it resolved with professionalism, patience, and respect for my concerns. He was committed to making sure I was satisfied.Can I trust that the impeccable work I see on the outside of the walls is the same on the inside? YES! This is why I paid the big bucks. I can sleep at night with peace of mind, knowing that if something does break, or crack, or blow up, all I have to do is call, and they will be there….ain’t it good to know, you’ve got Al Coronado…. Mr. B is amazing... we have been having plumbing problems with our toilet for about a month now. We were dealing with another company for this problem. That other company could not fix the problem for us. Mr. B came right over and fixed the issue for us. I wish we would have just called him in the first place. I will definitely be recommend this company to family and friends.

We had several plumbers come out to our home to provide an estimate or guidance on how to repair our water lines. We own a tri level home so the project was not a welcomed or easy one! Cesar came out provided quality guidance and was willing to take on the challenges we presented! After the job was complete we were more than pleased with the service!
