Best General Construction in Tucson AZ

We've done business with Pioneer Plumbing numerous times and have not had issues. Today they missed the appointment entirely and then when I called in to find out where they were, I was told they won't honor the appointments they set unless they get additional confirmations leading up to the appointment.

Worse than the procedure is that attitude on the phone. They set an appointment, didn't honor it, and then blamed that on me.

Do not set appointments if you are not going to honor them. I did not agree to make myself available via phone prior to the appointment for endless confirmations. Show up when you say you're going to show up. Period.

Nick arrived at our house, found the problem and fixed it. The job took longer than expected, but Nick kept us updated on the progress as the day went on. He was thorough with his work and a complete professional. Would highly recommend both Al Coronado Plumbing and Nick for any plumbing job.

Brian and Ricky were sent out on 2 occassions to install new shower fixtures. On the first visit, after getting everything installed, the Delta cartridge broke. I had to order a new cartridge from Ferguson and reschedule Tucson Plumbing to complete the job. Brian and Ricky came back out to complete the install of my new Delta fixtures and Brian was able to get the second trip charge waived. Tucson Plumbing is a little priceier than other companies but they are patient, explain in detail what they will be doing, and as a DIYer I appreciate that they let me watch and learn. Ricky wiped up after they were finished and the shower is good to go thanks to Tucson Plumbing, Brian and Ricky

Sergio did a fantastic job replacing gas water heater. Professional, courteous, and quality of work outstanding. Customer service awesome as well. I contacted them about the work and was on their schedule the next day! Will use them for all plumbing needs. Highly recommend!
