We've done business with Pioneer Plumbing numerous times and have not had issues. Today they missed the appointment entirely and then when I called in to find out where they were, I was told they won't honor the appointments they set unless they get additional confirmations leading up to the appointment.

Worse than the procedure is that attitude on the phone. They set an appointment, didn't honor it, and then blamed that on me.

Do not set appointments if you are not going to honor them. I did not agree to make myself available via phone prior to the appointment for endless confirmations. Show up when you say you're going to show up. Period.

I would not use them again, quoted me 263.00 to snake a drain for 10 minutes.It's my own fault for paying , but was leaving town and had to get the work done. I think the plumbers are told raise to prices once on site, since they don't charge a fee to come out and give you an estimate. Update, Talked to Steve and had a good discussion I am changing to 5 stars.

Had pipe break and they responded quickly allowing us to turn the water to the house on. Brandon was very efficient and courteous.

Our new dishwasher was set to be installed, but the installer couldn't get the valve to open on the water supply. He told us we needed a plumber to work on it, as he wasn't comfortable trying to force it. I needed this done ASAP, so the dishwasher could be installed the next day. I sent a photo to the office, and after a brief conversation with the scheduler, I had service scheduled in jus 3.5 hours!

Alex was our plumber, and he was able to open the valve, but the age of hte valve meant we'd run into this problem again. He gave us the option of leaving it as is (and with the price of the service call), or to replace the valves. I appreciated that he gave us the options, when it easily could have been an upsell situation. We went with replacing the valves and the work was done quickly and professionally. Alex was very helpful answering other questions about other future plumbing projects. I would call Code Blue again for plumbing needs, either planned upgrades or on an emergency situation.
