Jordan Benjamin went above and beyond for me today! He came out and got my ac running again. I will have a new ac installed on Tuesday of next week (it's Friday today). But, my old one completely pooped out last evening. It has been 92 degrees in my home! Jordan came by and jury-rigged the fan on my 19 yo unit and now it's running again! Alaskan Air Conditioning customer service is on point! From the beginning when we called to schedule the appointment the representative on the phone was kind and helpful. Just before the appointment we received a text message with a professional photo of the tech that would be arriving at our home with additional information, fun and gave us a sense of peace like we knew who would be knocking on our door. The tech called to let us know when he was on his way out and when he arrived he was on time, thorough and knowledgeable. Answered my questions and went above and beyond to help us.
