Good communication but due to the fact that Swanson is extremely busy and is a 2 person company his lack of availability earns him 1 star. No matter how competent a plumber he is if your Not available then what is the alternative in case of an emergency or routine repair? Wait? Or hire another skilled plumber who is available!!!

Silverado Rooter and Plumbing was called upon to fix the toilet in one of our bathrooms so they sent out Mr. Gilbert Lizarraga. THE MAN IS THE BEST!

Talk about Professionalism; Kindness, Patience and a job well done and you're gonna have to make mention of Mr. Gilbert!!

Thisi is our first time experiencing their services and I am so glad because we will be giving them a call again if necessary.

My experience with Mr. ROOTER was extremely disheartening! They were paid over $3000 to access and repair an old pipe so my bathroom sink would drain. It was a painstaking process.So, when their repair was supposedly complete, I had my contractor remodel my bathroom. The contractor enlarged my shower, tiled it and the bathroom floor, painted, put in a new sink and cabinets. It is beautiful!My family and I returned home after spending 5 weeks in temporary accommodations. We were so happy to finally be home.Two days being home we noticed the bathroom sink wasn't draining properly. I called the contractor who came out to check it and was told to call the plumber back, something wasn't right.I did call Mr. Rooter back. When they scoped the pipe again (the other direction, under the foundation of my bathroom, which I'm pretty sure should have been done as part of their original work) I was told they couldn't get farther than 2 feet, there was another breech in my pipe. Now, I have a beautiful newly remodeled bathroom sitting on top of a broken pipe in the foundation. The sink can't be used, you can't wash your hands or brush your teeth and our house has only one bathroom!Mr. ROOTER quoted me a price of $3500 to go back in, bypass all the work that's been done, and connected the sink drain to the sewer somehow through the wall and floor behind my toliet. This price didn't include re-setting tile behind the toliet.A couple of people who were with Mr. ROOTER when my project started have left the company but I was told, if the pipe in question had been scoped both ways to begin with I more than likely would have a working sink in my bathroom today.Beware TUCSON, beware of negligence, intentional or not with Mr. ROOTER PLUMBING .
