Adam was very thorough and explained every aspect of our A/C problem in detail. Although it was late afternoon when we discovered that the A/C wasn't working, we were told that a technician would be out that same day and he arrived as promised. He got us cooled off again and advised what to look for in the future to prevent bigger problems.
