We had BioRemedies reline 100 feet of our sewer line with pvc. They brought all the right equipment and their service people were excellent. They were professional, efficient and completed their task in record time.

I have to say I was a bit scared to call a plumber in Tucson...omg..the cost. But I hit pay dirt when a friend called Austin for me. He came to the house and did exactly what I wanted him to do...no pushing...no giving me guilt about not being able to do what he thinks I should have done. He simply did what was asked all while answering all my questions. He was informative, patient and really nice. I know I will need things done in the future and it gives me great relief to know I will be able to call Austin Sanchez and he will be there...what a joy...and no I am not a relative of his. I would NEVER use this company, ever. Their employee, Michael, stood in our home and explained a problem with the shower valve. Then, when he got on the phone with our warranty company, stated to them there was no problem at all! They are liars and cheats. Don't use!!!!

I only use Cal's plumbing since I called them earlier this year. Their techs are respectful and knowledgable
