I hired BioRemedies to do a Video inspection on the sewer lines of the home my fiancé and I were in the process of purchasing. While this service is not part of the traditional home inspection we (and our realtor) felt that it was important to do for our peace of mind before finalizing the purchase. The company was prompt and efficient and Ken even followed up with me personally to let me know everything looked good! I highly recommend this service for new home buyers! The cost far outweighs the benefit should problems be found !

Called to have a hot water valve on my washing machine replaced and they showed up to fix my water heater? Had to order a part which was supposed to take 5 days and when the next tech showed up, he thought he was fixing the water heater.. again. Had no parts for the washing machine valve, still. Been 8 days now and I'm wondering what they'll show up for next. If we weren't renting this home, I would have dropped them already but now we're stuck waiting for them to figure it out.

We moved into a new house and on Day 4, our drains were backing up. With fear in my heart, I called Roto-Rooter, terrified that we were looking at a huge bill. They came within a couple hours and spent time to thoroughly figure out where the problem originated. They fixed it, and the bill was minimal. The two guys were friendly, hardworking, and knowledgeable.They even hooked up our washer (the drain under the washer was the problem). They also tolerated our dog and cat checking them out and made friends with them. I would use them again without hesitation and highly recommend.

Overall good experience. It took some time to work through the issue, but was ultimately resolved in a professional manner. They have been my plumbing company for over 10 years. Will continue to be the one I go to in the future.
