so i called this other company monday and got an 8am appointment to fix bathroom sink clog. day of appointment no call from them . so at 10 am, past my appointment i called to see whats up. an emergancy call to place of my appointment time. told me it could be anywhere from 1 to 2 hours longs. so i called Pioneer Plumbing instead. was told i could get bumped into schedule and i could be a wait. being prepaired for this i said ok. lets see who shows up first. within 20 minutes Pioneer plumbing guys calls me and says he is on the way. 10 minutes later Arizona Professional calls me back saying plumber can be her in 45 minutes. well................ sorry to say but very greatfull, Pioneer Plumbing showed up first. thanks to shoddy customer service i say skip Arizona Professional, because there name is a lie. nothing professional about em.
so i got a team of guys to show up now, very nice fellas, very prepared and ready to go. we had tryed to fix the clog ourselves and got nowhere. they took the time to teach us about our pipe maintenance they pulled out the heavy artillery and Ka Pow . Yay they fixed it within an hour. Love this company and will no long look for others. they are my go to guys for now on.

I live in a 2-story mid-century townhouse and have come to expect the unexpected when it comes to home repairs. However, just days before I was to leave for a vacation in Egypt, the simple installation of a new toilet turned into something much more complicated. The cast iron flange that would attach it to the floor was broken. To access and replace the flange involved cutting a hole in the ceiling below, which exposed other pipes and lines in the bathroom. One of those pipes was rusted and corroded; it looked as if it could burst any moment. To make a long story short, the 2-hour project turned into a complicated repair that took special-order parts and 2 long days of work -- and it needed to be done immediately so that I could leave the country. Charli was unflappable. She gave me a clear and understandable explanation of what needed to be done, as well as a few repair options. She and Joe rearranged their schedules; worked long days and into the night to complete the job; and left both the bathroom upstairs and the downstairs access point in spotless condition when they were finished. Al Coronado Plumbing gave me great service and great communication at a fair price.

All In Plumbing was contacted on Monday morning, they were at my home in about an hour and professionally diagnosed the problems with a backed up sewer. Work is in progress to replace the main line. They came out to fix my hot water heater but it went out again in 2 hours and I called the warranty service I have and they called them again and sent out a fix order. They called me and set up a time and I waited for them and they were a no show not once but 3 different times and I still have no hot water. My conclusion now is they have no intentions of coming out to fix it.
