Best Hot Water Tank Installation in Toledo OH

Update to my earlier review regarding water heater installation. Josh and his entire organization went the extra mile in resolving the issues i had with the water heater installed in 2022. If your looking for professionalism and integrity in a company I highly recommend Ace Plumbing.

Emergency service for broken water pipe. Very professional and quality work. But GOD was it over the top in price. Replaced 6 inch run of 1” copper pipe and installed a fitting and a 1 inch brass ball valve. Exceeded $1000.

I called this company after hours for a drain issue, and told him that though it was draining at the time of my call, I would have him snake it anyway. He was extremely polite and said he would send someone out for a few of 125.00. I was delighted! He sent a tech out who looked at the drain and ran water through the drain and said it seemed to be working and it was up to me, at which time I said “since you’re going to charge me either way, go ahead and do it”. The tech said “no, I won’t charge you”. So since he said he didn’t think it was needed, and it was no charge, I said ok don’t worry about it. I then went in to ask about other services and said I would call to get an estimate on those jobs the next day. He was exceptionally kind.
Ten minutes later, I got a text from the owner lecturing me on how I said I would have it fixed regardless of whether it was draining or not. And because he sent a tech lot, I owed 96.00. I explained to him that his service tech said no charge. And had I known I was going to pay 96.00 for nothing, I would have rather had him auger it for the 125.00. He then responded that he thought I would have communicated HIS conversation with me to the tech and that there was “blame” on both sides. Blame??? I didn’t shirk the bill. I even said “you’re going to charge me for coming out so go ahead and do it”. But now I am the bad guy because his tech walked away without billing. Sure, I will pay for the call, but his tech made the wrong call - he shouldn’t have said no charge only to have me pay 96.00 for absolutely nothing after the fact. And the fact that the owner would come back to me and say I was partially to “blame” is absolutely pathetic.

Joe and Rob were on time and very good at explaining the repair they were making. They took a look at other fixtures that were questionable and gave us great advice!

We had a steel pipe that had rusted completely shut from the inside, I called in the morning and someone came out same day. I have had bad luck with service people treating me like I don't know what I'm talking about because I'm a woman, but this was not the case today! Tony was prompt, respectful, informative and so very efficient. He explained exactly what was going on, and exactly what he was going to do to fix it. It was so nice to have someone come out same day and get the job done without any problems. I'm glad I called this company over another, and especially glad Tony was the one to provide services at our house.

First time I've had them come out. They removed a clog in my kitchen sink line. Couldn't be happier. Will use again for sure.

Was quoted 1 price for drain cleaning at my Mother's house. They showed up, did the work and we're driving back down the road in less than 30 minutes. Claimed that the reason for the extra charge was because of heavy sludge (what do you expect? It's a sewer drain). Proceeded to charge an extra $50 charge on top of the $175. Called to discuss the price, and all the tech said was we charge by the job.

They did the work, and the drain is running again, but they did the old bait and switch on my Mother. BEWARE OF THERE GUYS!

For the record, I do service work in Cincinnati area, and I am aware of how (honest) companies do their pricing.

TOTALLY DISSATISFIED….Very poor services and a waste of money. I paid them to do a job and they did not deliver, plus charged an astronomical price. DO NOT USE THEM…RIP OFF! RIP OFF!
