Jason is friendly, professional and very competent on all aspects of plumbing. The task was completed in short time frame and I thought the fee was vary fair. Great work.

Jason Cousino came out to our house. It is over 100 years old and he was clearly very knowledgable about the needs of an older house and things to watch for. He told us things my husband could do, and things we'd need to plan for in the future. This was in addition to fixing the issue we called him for quickly. I really appreciate him taking the time he did to go over everything and make sure I understood. Older houses can be tricky and I just moved here 2 weeks ago. Having someone that I already know I can call is a huge weight off my mind.

Jacob from T&J Plumbing did an OUTSTANDING job replacing my backup sump pump! He was on-time, professional, and honest about pricing and options. T&J were hired after one plumber admitted he was not qualified for the job and plumber number 2 (Roto-Rooter) flooded my basement. T&J were quick to respond to diagnose and provide an estimate and completed the work within 48 hours. I would highly recommend T&J for any of your plumbing needs! (Also, Roto-Rooter was twice as high for half the work that T&J did!) Your best bet is to hire small, local companies! Thank you, Jacob!

Was quoted 1 price for drain cleaning at my Mother's house. They showed up, did the work and we're driving back down the road in less than 30 minutes. Claimed that the reason for the extra charge was because of heavy sludge (what do you expect? It's a sewer drain). Proceeded to charge an extra $50 charge on top of the $175. Called to discuss the price, and all the tech said was we charge by the job.

They did the work, and the drain is running again, but they did the old bait and switch on my Mother. BEWARE OF THERE GUYS!

For the record, I do service work in Cincinnati area, and I am aware of how (honest) companies do their pricing.

TOTALLY DISSATISFIED….Very poor services and a waste of money. I paid them to do a job and they did not deliver, plus charged an astronomical price. DO NOT USE THEM…RIP OFF! RIP OFF!
