Today I had the fortune to run into Drew at Ferguson and after trying to find a part that literally no one had in stock, Drew came to the rescue. He had the part and was more than willing to part with it. It is this kind of customer service that creates new customers because he went over and beyond what he needed to do. I had API plumbing come out to diagnose a water leak I had on my main line coming from my water meter. I told them that water was coming up from the edge of my driveway. The guy came out and basically confirmed exactly what I told them. Charged my $175 for confirming what I already knew. Then they said it would be $2600 to replace the line. I sent him on his way and got the line replaced for $1800. They are a rip off! Would not recommend them to fix anything. The guy that came out didn’t even attempt to find out what was leaking, very lazy and worthless! DON’T USE THEM! The 1 star is because they came right out.
