I suspected a slab leak this morning. I sent a message to another company (GB) via their website at 7:30am and still have not recieved a response. An hour after I sent the other company the message I sent message to ASAP via their website and received a call back in 5 minutes. An appointment was scheduled for 11am. The technician, Soloman, showed up exactly on time. He quickly located the leak. It was repaired by repiping the line in about 2.5 hours. Now I know who to call first in the event of a plumbing need! Thanks ASAP!

If I could give these people no stars I would. Completely rude right from the beginning. This company called me at 7 am to confirm an appointment and didnt even bother to leave a voicemail. The man that answered my call seemed bothered by my call and questions when I returned the call. He was rude, condescending and interrupted me several times to correct me. Unacceptable.

We have been using this company for our HVAC semiannual inspection, maintenance and servicing. Nathan has been to our home twice this year and has done a great job. The company does a great job with text and email reminders about the appointment and are excellent at letting me know when the technician is on their way. Nathan was on time, was professional, was able to answer all of my questions and was friendly. We will continue to use Tucker Hill Air, Plumbing and Electric.

The best plumbing company ever. Friendly and Always on Time. The prices tgey charge for parts service and labor are cheap. They dont beat around the bush and having you blow money for something you dont need. Will recomend City Wide Plumbing to the world.
