They earned my business for life when they told me how to save money by fixing something myself instead of charging their minimum. They also recently cleared a blockage in my pipe, whereas a plumber my husband called to look at same issue wanted to tear out my bathroom vanity and flooring and make an insurance claim which was not needed. Because I called API for second opinion, my issue was solved and my house was not torn apart.
