Some the first call they were FAST. they don’t say ASAP for nothing. Within 40 mins they were there with a leak detection specialist and found a slab leak. They gave us all the options and costs up front. They allowed us to make a fully informed decision. We had them re-pipe our entire house! It was done in 2 days. They had a great attitude and work ethic. They were very friendly. Worked with our insurance and made sure that we were fully satisfied before ever brining up payment. Work 100% recommend!

I flushed my Rinnai tankless water heater per manufactures instructions and ended up with no hot water this weekend. I am contractor myself and tried everything I could to fix it on my own with absolutely no luck. Finally on a Sunday evening after trying to convince my wife that a cold shower is a good thing :-) I caved and called API expecting to leave a message and I was shocked when Rick called me back before I had the chance. We had Brandon out to partially replace and then line our old rusted sewer line. They were professional, efficient, and able to answer all of our questions to our satisfaction. Our main point of contact was Stephanie and she was easy to contact, prompt in response, and just generally nice. Would recommend them!

My wife and I were having plumbing/ sewer line issues on our home and had three different companies come over to scope the lines, assess the problem and come up with a solution. Alex from Elite Rooter was so much different and better than the other companies from the very beginning. He showed the videos of the scope and explained the issues and why there were issues in the first place. We learned that there are many methods to address the issues and many of the methods that the other companies offered weren’t permanent fixes: they were simply an expensive bandaid. He provided a thorough estimate and schedule for the work at a very competitive price. It was a big job and all of the interior and exterior lines had to be replaced using the pipe bursting method. Alex, Soro and the rest of the crew were extremely friendly, hard working and professional. They all went above and beyond the entire time they were here and worked hard with great attitudes. They completed each task the right way and their craftsmanship was obvious; the house was kept clean the entire time and their work was very sturdy and clean. These guys are true professionals and they completely exceeded our expectations. They took a big plumbing project and made it easy and comfortable for us. We are so happy with their work and now have peace of mind that our plumbing and sewer lines are basically permanently repaired. I just had them install a water softner for me. This is a great family owned business. What's important to me is, I can't wait around for the plumber to show up. I was able to hide a key and they did the work while I was able to do my work. There just really nice honest people.
