Chris was great. Came out at midnight on a Sunday and helped get our backed up toilet/showers cleared up. He was quick and professional.

Had a leaky pipe that needed to be repaired. Easy to schedule. Did a quality repair job for a good price. Very nice technician. Would definitely use their services the next time I have plumbing needs. Much better than the other plumbing companies I have worked with in the past.

These guys are honest. Nice to find. Would only use them in the future.

I am writing to share my recent experience with Roto Rooter at 5020 Tampa West Blvd, Tampa, Fl 33634Inexcusable, inefficient and lack of communication by Project Manager, Melvin Davis was experienced by my insurance adjuster and myself throughout this entire project. Melvin met with the insurance adjuster on December 18, 2019 and at that time was asked to submit an estimated cost of remediation. NO estimate or any other communication or information/photos were supplied to the adjuster until the afternoon of January 3, 2020.Throughout this entire job, I continually asked the head technician, Jarred and the salesman, Livingston Sampson, if the adjuster was being sent photos and information as this project progressed, and was told YES by both. This was not TRUE. I received NO responses to my texts/phone calls to Melvin, regarding questions about supplying the insurance adjuster with photos/reports nor about the removal of the bathroom vanity. The Air Quality Assessor's report was sent via e-mail to me and Roto-Rooter on December 23, 2019. I called Roto-Rooter and was told they had not received this report, so I forwarded the report I had received to them, so they would know the 'clean up protocol' and not waste any time. Melvin later informed me that he had indeed received the report on 12-23-19, but was out sick. He failed to send the report to his office or assign someone to handle this; poor management skills by Melvin.Poor Time Management of employees by Melvin was clearly evident. Workers were not on my job site before11:30 a. m. on any day during this project, causing them to work until 8:30 p. m. on two evenings. This was extremely inconvenient for me. Numerous days, head technician, Jarred, was in the Roto-Rooter office doing 'paper work' until 12 noon or later before getting to my job site. Jarred and Mateo would work part of a day, no 2 days consecutively, then were continually pulled off my job by Melvin and sent to other jobs. Technicians had inadequate tools and materials to accomplish tasks on this job. I had to visit a neighbor to borrow tools necessary to attempt to complete their work one day. On 12-29-19 workers arrived at 12:15 p.m.; they left at 2:50 p.m. to go to Seminole, FL to pick up 6 mil plastic they needed for the job and returned at 4:35 p.m.Due to Melvin's poor management skills and lack of a sufficient number of employees, what should have been a 5 to 6 day job, ended up being a 19 day job!Both the Livingston and Jarred promised numerous times to send me Roto-Rooter's entire report along with all photos sent to the insurance adjuster. To date I have received nothing. On January 16, 2020, I texted Jared and asked him to send photos he promised to send me. NO response. On January 16, 2020 I also texted Livingston and asked him to send me Roto-Rooter's corporate address. Again, NO response.I am passing along the above information to the Board of Directors in my 140 unit condo association to let them know how poorly my job was handled by Roto-Rooter. I am also submitting a Google review to make certain social media is notified of how this company does business. Hopefully, no one will ever have to endure such treatment again.This whole experience has been very unprofessionally and inefficiently handled from day one and has caused much undue stress and frustration. This is UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS BEHAVIOR.ALL customers deserve TRANSPARENCY, TRUTH, ACCOUNTABILITY and INTEGRITY!
