Cyclone helped us with a small problem we had with our master bath. They worked hard and were upfront and honest. Tom was so nice! Great custom service. Alan and Dennis did amazingly fast work. Will definitely recommend and use them in the future.

Excellent after hours service. Dave was prompt and courteous and gave a detailed explanation of the problem. They did a great job recently with the new tankless water heater. Their rates are reasonable too. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have used Alvarez plumbing twice. The first time was fine, they were responsive and I understood the pricing.

The second time was less straight forward. I was on out of town with zero cell service and only wifi calling. So I had to ask a friend to call for me and explain the issue. Alvarez was responsive but in the end the pricing felt way off. The toilet was clogged and they had to remove it to retrieve a credit card lodged in it. They charge me $526 for this service. It feels like because I was unable to speak with them directly and help manage the problem, they just charged whatever they wanted.

Pulling a toilet is not that hard. I personally install that toilet myself 6 month earlier. It take about 30 minutes from beginning to end. If I had not been out of town and service, I would have done the job myself.

I called Alvarez 4 times asking that someone itemize my bill and explain why it is $526. I want to understand, not feel gross about paying this bill and keep Alvarez as my go to plumber. No one has ever called me back. I just paid the bill, I feel scammed and I will not be using them again.

7/20/23 Review Modification...

After posting my above review, the plumbing service manager, James, reached out to me directly. He was shocked to hear that I had requested to talk to him about my bill multiple times and was never put in contact. He listened to my concerns and gave me a breakdown of my bill. Once that was achieved, it was easy to see there was work done that I did not approve/authorized. The company was being more proactive than I'd wanted. As a result, James removed the part of the charge that was in dispute and I was satisfied. The remain cost for the service provided so quickly, was fair.

Moving forward, I am giving Alvarez Plumbing the benefit of doubt. They are responsive when you need them and the work they have done was done well. Though I hope to not have anymore plumbing emergencies, if/when I do I will call Alvarez again. Thank you James and the whole team.

After calling several local businesses and leaving messages, and getting nowhere. I called Williams Plumbing which was two towns away.I called after 5 pm. I got the friendliest and professional receptionist. She asked all the right questions. The next day I got my outdoor plumbing repaired.The friendly professional repairman even slipped on shoe covers every time he entered my home. I would definitely use Williams Plumbing again.

This is the worst plumbing company to use. First impressions are very important in business and you would think that winning a customer over is important. These people came to our house and assured us that they would not touch it unless it was covered by our warranty and if it was, that they would charge the deductible and be done. They came and put two 10x10 holes in the ceiling just to caulk a drain pipe. They even used one of my tools because they were unprepared and then proceeded to charge the $100 for about $20 worth of work. Not only did they not get a go ahead from the warranty company, but they left the holes in the ceiling, did not contact back to let us know what was going on with fixing what they messed up, and didn't even submit the work order to the warranty company. After over a week of working with the warranty company and having us call them, they denied that they made a mistake and tried to laugh at us and said that we had nothing to argue with them in court. They are unprofessional and irresponsible. I don't suggest that anyone use this company and don't understand how they are even on the list to be used by the warranty company. They should be shut down.

We have had Chucks out once and attempted to have them out 2 more times. The first time they failed to address the problem. Trying to get them out the next two times we were given a 3 hour window for service and both times they called at the end of the window to cancel. Both times my wife or I drove the 40 minutes to the property and waited for them during the agreed upon time. Very unprofessional and after the 2nd cancelation we told them we would use another company. If you value your time go with another company.
