Called seeking an estimate to install a check valve in my residential home. Had already received two quotes. The telephone operator didn't have an answer for me and said she would have someone call me right back. Chuck called an hour later. He asked what I wanted and then explained very clearly how my system really worked and why I didn't need to spend thousands of dollars installing a valve I didn't really need. Chuck not only suggested an alternative, but said he personally had an extra part that he would drop off at my house for free. That is exactly what he did. If we had more people like Chuck in our world, it would be a better place.Next time I need a plumber, Roto-Rooter is going to be my first call.

We had two separate technicians one Andrew Graves and the other Santiago Gonzalez. Our experience was wonderful. Both men were very professional explaining exactly what needed to be done and the cost. They took the time to do the job well and cleaned up after. LOVE Chuck's Plumbing. Have used them multiple times for a variety of projects, everything from installing a new dishwasher, new toilet, sewer line repair and new cold and hot water lines. They are ALWAYS professional, courteous and send high quality plumbers.
