I had a running toilet and a sink that needed work. They were able to fit me in the same day. Robert was very courteous and professional. He made sure that both the toilet and sink were working correctly (the toilet was trying to be difficult) before he left. I will definitely use All Purpose Plumbing again.

I had been using Mitchell's services for more than 4 years in our property management business. I just make a call and his team takes care of everything. Tenants schedules, HOA approvals, once he help me with a repair that was part of an insurance claim regarding a leak from a neighbor plumbing system that affects our landlord's unit, again he took care of everything. I used him twice during the last year in my own property, never an issue. I always recommended his plumbing services.

Had a leaky pipe that needed to be repaired. Easy to schedule. Did a quality repair job for a good price. Very nice technician. Would definitely use their services the next time I have plumbing needs. Much better than the other plumbing companies I have worked with in the past.

This is by far the best plumbing service I’ve EVER gotten. He does jetting service, sprinklers installments, my water heater stop working and he made sure by noon I’d had water and sure enough I had it. What a great guy and company!

Set an appointment for them to come out and give an estimate for some plumbing repairs on a house in Tampa, was told a plumber would be there some time between 10 and 12. Around 10:30, I got a text saying the plumber assigned to my job had taken another job in Dade City that morning and would likely be late getting to my house (great planning!), but definitely no later than 12:30. I explained I was on a tight schedule and needed to keep the time agreed to, but I'd wait until 12:30.
Sure enough, 12:30 rolls around with no plumber. I texted my contact and told them I was done waiting and would find another plumber. The reply I got was No problem, thanks for the opportunity. Not that an apology would have made a big difference at that point, but it seemed pretty childish to not take ownership of their scheduling issues.

These guys came thru short notice and installed my supplied parts for a very reasonable price. I would not heaitate to call again if needed.

Kenny jumped to the rescue for my mother who was dealing with a major backflow issue. He spent time addressing the issue for hours on her roof, working to resolve the immediate problem and then later to discover the underlying cause. Kenny took the time to explain what he performed and what else was needed. I appreciated his team's expertise, efficiency, and open communications with my family. Highly recommended!

They were very nice and efficient when installing the water heater but it took almost 24 hours for the hot water to come on after the install and it only lasted for a few hours. They came back to check on it and they didn’t charge me extra and the water was pretty hot but then it went out later that night. Have been without it for a couple nights now and am waiting to see if they will come back and check it out. They assure me it was installed correctly so they are hesitant about coming back out to look. Am happy they did not charge extra fees but the job was not seen to completion. Will need to reach out to another plumber about coming to fix
