2021 - Larson Plumbing did a great job for me again. I changed out 2 vanity’s that had 2 sinks in 1st vanity and 1 in the 2nd vanity. I followed the installation instructions that came with the faucets and mounted them to the vanity tops. Then I hooked up the supply and drain lines which took some modifications because they did not line up like the previous sinks/vanity’s. After 3 trips to Lowes and multiple tries, I had issues/leaks with all 3 sinks in different places. I reached out to Larson Plumbing which I have used in the past 2020 and scheduled a service call for my home. They put me on schedule quickly and sent Roy out to my home. In roughly 3 hours he took apart what I did incorrectly and reinstalled it the correct way. He explained what he did, was very polite and cleaned up after himself. Another fantastic job completed by Larson Plumbing. I am a fan and they can use me as a reference anytime.

2020 - Larson Plumbing just completed a project for me. Chris helped me with design, layout and fixture selection recommendations. This involved an ADA compliant bathroom that we had no idea what is needed. He provided recommendations on size of drain line and supply side pipe options and benefits. The employees he sent to our home were very professions, polite, knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves daily. The whole process went better than expected and I will recommend Larson Plumbing to friends, family or anyone else I speak with that is looking for a good plumbing company. Finally a reputable company who was honest, on-time, and knowledgeable!! We were desperate for someone to come take a look at our AC that stopped working in the night. We called around to so many companies and many other businesses either didn’t answer or had no one available the same night. We couldn’t go a whole night without AC so we called Heat Relief and they sent someone out literally within the hour! Frank came out and identified the problem and got us fixed for the night, until we could get a new thermostat tomorrow. Seriously so thankful!

Called EVERYDAY Plummer on a Saturday to be told I would be charged an extra $80 for having someone come out on a day they don’t usually work and I’m over here like “this is EVERYDAY Plummer, wouldn’t one assume EVERYDAY is a working day?” He said “you’d assume wrong.” New name should be “every day except for when we feel like charging extra.” If I could leave less stars I would.

Repipe did an excellent job replacing the polybutylene pipes in my condo. They knew I was selling it and worked extremely hard to get the job done prior to the closing date, which they did. Not only do they replace the pipes, they also patch the drywall, so you won't have to find a separate company. The day they installed the new pipes, they did not stop until I had water connected back and working, which was well into the evening. I highly recommend.

My wife and I have now utilized Zach’s Plumbing out of Riverview Florida on two occasions in the last two weeks. The first time was an absolute emergency when our drain to the street backed up and made it impossible for us to use any bathroom, or anything in the house that would cause water to enter a drain. We called all the “big” companies and after contacting “answering services” that promise four hour service; we were told they could not get here for at least 24 hours. We were blessed that a neighbor posted that they recently had some work done by Zach’s Plumbing, and not only was their work very HIGH QUALITY but very reasonably priced. My wife called the number provided to us, and the call was answered on a Sunday Afternoon by Jacob, who is the actual Plumber, not an answering service who makes excuses of why they can’t get to your emergency in less than 24 hours. Jacob of Zach’s Plumbing was at our house as promised within ONE hour and the drain was cleared within ten minutes. I will also mention that this was done on a Sunday, in a little over an hour, at an absolute fraction of the cost of the big companies making the empty promise of a four hour response. Thank you so much Jacob, of Zach’s Plumbing. You are a compassionate, and caring person and run a fair and honest business.

Their response time was great. I contacted them at 4:00 pm last night. They were at my house at 8:30 am. They were able to squeeze us in with their full day. They were complete within 30 mins. Personnel was very courteous and polite. Couldn't of asked for a better experience.
