Worst company ever. Try to save your sanity by NOT letting them into you home or business.

This is probably the worst plumbing company in Tampa.

I hired them to do rough and finish plumbing for a complete condo renovation in a tower on Bayshore. They were about $3,000 higher than the next highest estimate but came recommended by building maintenance.

There was drama from the beginning. They only recommended Delta products and I received resistance immediately after expressing that I wanted another brand. The person managing the job was rude and poor-mouthed the other clients in the building. He poor-mouthed me to the other contractors on the job. During rough plumbing, he mounted a valve body too far out on the wall. When I asked him to mount it in the correct position, he said simply “no”. He was dismissive and rude when discussing any aspect of the job. While working on finish plumbing, he dropped a tool behind the wall and crudely cut an opening in painted and finished drywall to retrieve it. I would have bought him a new tool rather than repair the wall.

When I called the company to complain, they told me that they would not complete the job and I had to find another plumber and have the permits changed.

That was the worst experience that I have had with a plumber.

Rob arrived when he said and was professional and informative. Did a cleaning and flush of my A/C. After 24 hours finally feeling some relief.

Tim was awesome! Did a fabulous job.

Jerry and Lukas were understanding and helpful. We have been with out hot water for days and they came as soon as they were sent for & quickly fixed the heater despite all the struggles to get it out and in a small area. They even explained how to use and what to do leaving us with no questions unanswered! Really appreciate them. GREAT DUO!
