I've been able to do my own plumbing my entire 40+ years of adulthood. However, it was Friday afternoon and my main drain line had gone from being slow to being completely stopped. I *might* have been able to take care of it myself, but it could have meant spending the weekend using a home-made camp toilet. It was time for a professional with the proper tools. Will S was the plumber (I didn't get the name of his assistant.) By the look in their eyes, I could see that it had been a very grueling day. Even so, they listened to my tale, selected the tools and cleared the clog in short order. Completely professional. Thank you.

Jared and Flow Pros was GREAT!!! Not only did he get back with me in about 5 minutes, but arrived on time upholding safe COVID “social distancing guidelines” and was polite and professional. He explained everything to my husband and I, and reviewed the type of piping issues we most likely had with the shower, (piping was from around the 1950’s) toilet and sinks. Jared did some quick, yet very thorough drain unclogging (located on the roof) to ensure the problem was taken care of. He did it all with a great attitude and beating the rain!!!
