Would HIGHLY recommend Larson plumbing. Replaced a kitchen sink and Reverse Osmosis system and new faucets needed to be installed. Louis and Alberto came and I was highly impressed with every aspect of their work. It started with how polite they were when they arrived. They asked questions and explained every bit of the process, and always asked to make sure what they were doing wasn’t inconvenient (loud, smelly, no water, etc). They had a wonderful attention to detail, making sure everything was perfect, no leaks, and that everything worked before leaving. They cleaned up and left it better than when they arrived. Lastly, and most impressively, they asked if I was happy, if I had any concerns, and they showed me how to turn off the system if need be. Never felt rushed, they took the time to do a quality job. They were absolutely wonderful.

Arrived quickly to help unclog a kitchen sink drainage issue the day before Easter. Would use again. However, they could use some type of automation to take payments on weekends, instead of writing down credit card information!

My electric tankless water heater was making a strange noise that seemed to occur intermittently and without cause. However, Charles and Kenny determined that that was working just fine. Instead, the noise I heard was due to a flap needing to be replaced in the toilet adjacent to my heater. They quickly changed the flap, tested it, and everything worked great!

Awesome service called John up to see about doing a pipe scope and possibly lining of some pipes on a property I am selling. I explained to John, that the company a potential buyer hired to inspect my plumbing claimed that there was 14 feet of cracked and collapsed cast iron pipe under my foundation, and that the buyer refused to let me see the video of this claim. John sent his guys out the following morning. Pipe scope was done by his guys and they found no evidence of any cracked or collapsed pipes and no need of pipe lining . Do Not Call! I gave 1 stars because the service and Serviceman was great. Senior 'PREDATORY PRICING'.$329 and I paid CASH! We called Saturday morning, not Sunday, not a Holiday! Never even entered the house! Parked in front of the clean-out access, walked 25 feet plugged his rooter in outside outlet on porch, unscrewed the cap and rootered through a 2 foot root clog DONE! 30-40 MIN TOPS! Including unloading/loading rooter equipment and waiting for the bill! When he told me the price I almost fell down!! I even had him call back to explain how simple it was please reconsider I'm a Sr and paying cash! We're on Social Security, this wasn't a small pain. Really Sorry we called.
