I had Henry C come out tonight (Riverview/Brandon area) because we had both toilets and bathtubs filling up with water to the point where one of the toilets leaked from the base and flooded the bathroom. Thank God Alvarez exists because our property manager would have waited until tomorrow to send someone out! Alvarez was contacted through a third party and now I can report that my issue is fixed. Henry was so polite, asked permission before doing anything including stepping in the door, he asked questions and listened, and he repaired the problem. He went above and beyond the regular techs who come out. He made sure that the root cause of the problem was resolved and made sure we were happy with the results. He was very kind, respected COVID protocols, and we appreciate everything he did. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs any repairs! He's super honest and keeps you informed/shows you what is going on and how he is going to fix it. Thank you so much!
