I had one of the worst experiences with this company. I originally scheduled my hot water tank to be replaced at 10 o’clock in the morning. The plumbers never showed up until 4 clock in the evening. I had to constantly be on their case as to when they were going to show up. The services provided only took two hours. However they charge me for the additional 45 minutes that they sat in their van smoking cigarettes while they flicked them into my driveway. The excuse was that they had to call the office in order to get the total and my bill. The company charged me $430 for two hours worth of work plus the additional 45 minutes it took to acquire the total while they waited in their van . The two individuals that came to my house could not provide me any information whatsoever as to how they concluded the total of my bill . After a long debate as to how I was going to be charged without seeing a receipt or a quote I was tired and went to pay them. Once they noticed I was going to pay in cash suddenly they reduce the price from $430 down to 400 without any sort of explanation. I then asked the plumbers how much do they charge per hour? The plumbers were not able to respond with an actual answer of anyway. I then asked how much and supplies were needed in order for the repair? They again could not give me any sort of answer. The only thing they could tell me was that the total was $430. They said I would receive a text message receipt within the day as to what my itemized receipt would look like. I felt very uncomfortable about the whole situation and feel as though I got screwed over in my deal. I felt as though they made the total after they showed up and saw who I was and what my home looked like. I later called the company has a cold caller asking about how much it would cost Per hour for their services after a short pause (While he scramble to look up my number) he finally responded to we charge $150 per hour. Still the total amount of hours and supplies cost did not equal the original $430 I was charged. Once the owner had realized who I was and how much he charged me he offered to pay me back $50 to make me a satisfied customer . However it is been almost a full week and I have yet to see not only my receipt but also the $50 you promised me back. These people are crooks do not ask for their service do not give them a call. Angie’s list someone else.

Called to snake kitchen drain. Was told I would be informed when they were on the way. Called when they arrived at the house. Told me it was 330 to snake drain. I told them the management company probably wouldn’t approve that amount but I would call them. He immediately got rude and hateful and said he wasn’t waiting around if they weren’t going to approve it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. Rude and disrespectful and they’ve don’t do what they say.
He said I’m not charging you an Afterhours fee however he was wanting to charge 330 for a simple kitchen drain snake. What a joke!

I called Elite plumbing of Fl when my water bill came, and it was through the roof! They came out right away to find a leak under my house. Kenny gave me multiple options to choose from. Tampa Plumbing Company provided the best customer service I’ve experienced in years. We had a significant leak in our kitchen and our tech David (who remembered us from prior service) showed up promptly and quickly fixed the leak. Great guy! Also, the price charged made me feel like a valued long time customer. Nothing but good things to say about this company!

Gary came to investigate the cause of our home flooding, found the problem immediately, answered all my questions, and gave me a reasonable quote to solve the problem. I read some of the other reviews and I want to preface that I am not an employee, I am a SAHM of 2 little boys. My toddler flushed baby wipes and clogged the toilet, I tried plunging and a short 3 foot auger and still couldn't get it unblocked. I called around, Maurici plumbing quoted me the best price over the phone, it ended up being cheaper AND he gave me a $20 off coupon!! The service was quick and friendly, plus I requested next day service and I got a call that one of their plumbers was on his way home a few minutes away and would stop by to do it tonight no extra charge! I will use this company again in the future
