Great company and owner Matt! Had 2 slab leaks in 30 days and decided to get my home repiped. This was a big deal for me financially and as a first time homeowner I was full of anxiety but Matt is extremely professional and patient with answering questions. They replaced my leaky copper pipes with Pex pipes. The pricing and quality of work is fantastic. Got the job done and now I have water in my home! Called to have my ac serviced, they were very quick at getting service to me. Ronnie the tech was very polite and easy to talk with helped me understand more about my system. We also talked about family he was very easy to talk with. I would keep him in your business for ever. I’ll give him a 10 out of 10. I would recommend your company and Ronnie to other family members. Last 2 days have been a total *hit SHOW for me. The water bill in my investment property went up from $35 dollars a month to $1345 or smng like that in 2 months period.
I was totally FREAKING the F... OUT.. considering that *hit has been happening nearly non stop with my rental properties last few months.
Whoever is calling real estate investment a PASSIVE INCOME most likely never actually done it ...
It's been ton of stress and work.
Dealing with some not so honestly and smartly managed HOAs that mess something up and then fail to take financial or any other kind of responsibility, and just stuff breaking down and leaking and all sorts of thing.
So the idea of having to shell out another $1350 for nothing really or trying to beat it out of poor tenant young lady who is already barely making the rent and working and studying very hard .. it all just felt pretty AWFUL...
But Rahn Plumbing representative DOROTHY was there for me ..I felt so understood and supported that it made me tear up while talking to her.

Late Sunday evening we got home to part of our house flooded because of a shower line that broke. I called around and clogkings was the first one able to come out. Antonio showed up and immediately shut the water off to our house and he put a cap on the line so he could turn out water back on. First thing Monday morning Antonio came back out for a permanent fix. Long story short I will be using Clogkings for future projects. Good Prices, from good people!

In afternoon I noticed our AC wasn’t working. I called and they scheduled a tech to come that night, 9-11.Albert called when at his other task and gave me a better time estimate. He diagnosed the problem, looked at details in records and on parts, and told me the general plan.He wants me to call him the next afternoon if I don’t hear an update for appointment

I'm overjoyed to have found Jeremy Knipe, the owner of Northern Plumbing. He hydrojetted my drain lines, which were filled with gunk. I'd been having continual problems with the toilet in my master bathroom, which had overfloweed and backed up into my shower and bathtub mutiple times since I bought the house about four years ago. My kitchen sink was also nearly plugged. Now the drain is fast.

It's not only that Jeremy did a great job, but he exudes integrity, which to me is the most important trait in any tradesperson. Something I didn't realize is that the licensing requirements for plumbers in Florida are very weak compared to those up north. Jeremy is from Boston, where requirements are far more stringent than they are here in Florida, and where Jeremy had extensive education in plumbing.

Jeremy is also very personable, and took the time to explain everything to me and to answer all my questions.

I've found my (hopefully) permanent plumber!

Had Mike to my house for multiple plumbing problems. Turned out my water softener exploded internally and my water pipes were clogged with debris. He cleaned out the pipes and then installed a new water softener system. I highly recommend Mike for all your plumbing needs. Very reasonable too.

The most frightful experience I almost had. Imagine being in my shoes. A pediatric dentist with only 1 week before school starts, a schedule bursting with patients and parents that want to get their children in before school begins, and then a water pipe bursts in your office one hour before your day begins. Thank goodness for Henry Gonzalez Plumbing. I called the office (even before they were open) and the owner Joe Gonzalez called me back right away. He drove right over to our office to exam the broken pipe. He then called one of his plumbers named Mike (who was on his way to their office), to tell him what was going on and to stop by the office to get materials to fix the problem. All of this happened at 7:10am, we saw our first patient at 8:00am without any delays and worked a full day making some beautiful smiles. I can't say how much I appreciate what they did. They earned my business and 5-star rating for sure!
