Called Caleb for a few issues we had, including a leaking toilet and poor pressure in a couple spots. He was very responsive, and was able to help with all of the issues quickly. Alpine and Caleb were recommended to me, and I will definitely be recommending when others ask.

Great company and owner Matt! Had 2 slab leaks in 30 days and decided to get my home repiped. This was a big deal for me financially and as a first time homeowner I was full of anxiety but Matt is extremely professional and patient with answering questions. They replaced my leaky copper pipes with Pex pipes. The pricing and quality of work is fantastic. Got the job done and now I have water in my home! I've never had a professional as good as Jerry- he's awesome. I can't include everything ( or I'd get writers cramp) but I had major plumbing hardships at my new 2nd floor condo. Jerry staked out a plan- came on WED 8/4 and smoothly 1- removed/installed water heater 2- removed/installed shower fixture 3- removed/installed 2 faucets (kitchen & bath) Had it done quickly too! He even offered to come.back and put the handles on the shower fixture after I get my tiled shower walls in- This guy cares & he's fair- understands how to work with you. I would wait for him before rushing to someone else for any plumbing needs!

I had used this company in the past but will not going forward. They don’t respect your time and when they cancel for the day they don’t offer anything more than the discount they offer any any service.

What can you say about a plumber that performs work but does not accurately notate the invoice? Plumber Mark had to remove toilet to replace a t-valve (Modern toilet design). We were charged to replace toilet but it was not added to the invoice. Now no warranty for work performed. Toilet is rocking back and forth just 3 months after the work was completed. Manager Dennis says he will check on it and call back. No response from Dennis. This company does not walk their talk. Don't waste your time, incompetent!

Called CK late last night in a pickle, and the response was extremely fast! Not one, but two plumbers came out to assist my needs! They were very informative and talked to me every set of the way! I will definitely be using them in the near future, as I have many home projects lined up! Thanks again, guys!!

Would have done zero stars but not an option. We reached out to Red Cap after seeing their marketing brochures in Costco (if Costco was promoting them, might be worth a look). We already had 2 other quotes but thought they might win out. The salesperson was nice enough; he literally measured every room of our house (closets too) to ensure we were getting the right equipment – that was a first. Two plus hours later he sits us down for the quote, $21,995. That’s right $22k for a 4-ton unit (no extras) and that’s WITH a 10% discount from Costco. Absolutely insane. I’m fairly confident they measure every room to make you think everyone else does it wrong because it’s typically based on your homes square footage. What's really sad is when you realize some people wouldn’t know any better and since they of course offer financing and try and make that monthly payment seem like not a big deal, well you get it. Beyond disappointing, they are willing to charge more than double - price gouging at it's finest.

Although my toilet could not be fixed at a reasonable cost due to being an outdated electrical toilet, the gentleman who came was such a pleasure. He was honest and offered many options. I would definitely go with this company in the future if needed.
