I don’t know if it’s more important to be prompt or professional, but Matt with 1st choice plumbing is both. He took my call and was ready to work immediately. I had gotten quotes for a hot water heater replacement ranging up to $1250+ for a 3-5 hour service. 1st choice was by far the most reasonable and Matt was able to be the job done quickly!

Outstanding! Paul came out within the appointed time frame. He was very personable and professional. Did the job right, even did a little more to ensure the job was done right, all for a very reasonable price. He's our new plumber! Highly recommended.

Disappointed with choosing small business/Mom and Pop shop. Should have gone with the more expensive plumber. Replaced a sink basket under kitchen sink - didn't ask about color so now I have two sink drains that don't match. Left putty all around drain - will hopefully rinse away eventually. Then asked to replace shower arm - should have left well enough alone. Old shower arm broke off so we had to scramble to decide what we were going to do (didn't want to rip out all plaster/tile, etc.). Our painter who was there actually jumped in and helped. Plumber did not test to make sure new shower arm would properly attach. Didn't discover this until the next day so called him back out and was charged for service call again. I spent $300 for something that should have really been about $150 max. The extra $95 service call fee is what capped it all off for me. I feel like I got completely ripped off. The plumber just acted like he wanted to hurry up and be done. From now on, I'm calling Mullin or RotoRooter.

Terrible experience stole money with unfinished job

They were able to come out the same day that I called, even though it wasn't an urgent issue. Trevor was my technician and he did a great job. He had to try a few different access points to unclog my sink, left everything clean and answered all of my questions. Plus, he gave me a 30 day warranty in case the same issue persists (but so far so good)!

We've worked with Bob for a variety of projects in a condo and now a house - water heater replacement, fixing some plumbing issues in a shared bathroom wall, and recently the addition of a new bath.

Bob is punctual and reasonably priced, and has done a really nice job on the various projects. I've appreciated that he's more than happy to walk through what or why he's doing something, or talk through possible options - as someone who considers himself a bit handy but not a plumbing expert, it's nice to learn a bit about the work being done.

Highly recommend.

Do Not Call! I gave 1 stars because the service and Serviceman was great. Senior 'PREDATORY PRICING'.$329 and I paid CASH! We called Saturday morning, not Sunday, not a Holiday! Never even entered the house! Parked in front of the clean-out access, walked 25 feet plugged his rooter in outside outlet on porch, unscrewed the cap and rootered through a 2 foot root clog DONE! 30-40 MIN TOPS! Including unloading/loading rooter equipment and waiting for the bill! When he told me the price I almost fell down!! I even had him call back to explain how simple it was please reconsider I'm a Sr and paying cash! We're on Social Security, this wasn't a small pain. Really Sorry we called.

I had Jesse and Junior coming today to empty the septic tank, both were very, friendly, professional and had knew what they were doing.They cam on time and finished quickly. Cleaned everything after they were finished. The booking and conformation from there office was also very profesional.
