I had a wonderful experience with Paul today! He was thorough and a pleasure to do business with.

I had a simple kitchen drain clog. I paid over $360 for this company to do nothing but run a snake through my kitchen pipe ( which I had already removed for them) the clog was back in about 1 week later. They came out a second time and ran the same snake through the same pipe(never going on the roof to run the snake) and 1 week later the clog became worst because what they did was cause a blockage with my washer which runs on the same drain. They never fixed my problem and I had to call another company who came out and fixed my problem from the roof. Everyday wanted me to pay an additional $250 to run a camera through my pipes But that would do nothing for the clog. I feel robbed and will not recommend this company to anyone.

I have to say that after having a horrify experience with another plumbing company, Believe Plumbing was the next plumbing company to be dispatched to my home for some repairs. I was notified by the technician who’s name is Junior who not only came on time but walked through the steps of what needed to be done to make the repair. He told me it would take about 4 hours to complete the entire job but he was done in 2 1/2. He was very proficient, knowledgeable, neat, kind and overall polite gentleman. He fixed the issue at hand without me having to make another call to send someone else out to fix his work. I would recommend Believe plumbing to anyone who needs the job done quick and done right. Thank you Junior for the work you did at my home!! Very satisfied customer

Plumbers were already out of service window when I first called in because they were late. Then an hour later I call again and they said they got into accident after I called first time.

I SPECIFICALLY called in about the water line to the ice maker in fridge having no pressure. I also mention that there is little pressure in toilet refill.

They then charge $89 for service, and the only work they did was replace valves in two toilets (that they told me they replaced the first one and then tell me that I had to pay $155 for that.

Despite my chief and only complaint when I called dispatch being that the ice maker not getting enough water pressure, they told me when they confirmed that it was in fact not getting enough pressure due to a previous home owner having done a smaller line from sink, they refused to do it today. They want to charge $45 for a second visit+ repair fee to install a new line.
