Called e&g plumbing to get my water heater replaced. They arrived really fast, technician Alain came out, he was very polite and went step by step on how the process of replacing a water heater would be like and what parts he was going to change. He was very professional and knows what he is doing, also the price was fair, his customer service was over the top and i will definitely be calling him back for any of my plumbing needs. I am doing this review to help others looking for an honest good plummer. James Casity is an honest good plummer, and his wife Yvonne Casity, I often spoke to on the phone, and she was very willing to listen to all my concerns and answer all my questions . Some one always answers the phone and responds to you. And will help you with your project. We had a new kitchen sink install and faucet, and two bathroom faucets installed. I definitely will be using them again in the future.

They charged me nearly $3000 to replace my water heater. I asked them why was it so expensive and the salesman said because they do the job with permits and a city inspector will check it. I had to take it because I didn't have hot water. Normally, I get two or three bids.
