Called e&g plumbing to get my water heater replaced. They arrived really fast, technician Alain came out, he was very polite and went step by step on how the process of replacing a water heater would be like and what parts he was going to change. He was very professional and knows what he is doing, also the price was fair, his customer service was over the top and i will definitely be calling him back for any of my plumbing needs. Great service by qualified plumbers.

We had both toilets not functioning at the same time and turns out, we had roots growing through the pipes coming from a crack in the sewage line. This man cleared the entire drainage system, then showed me where the crack was using a camera he had. The price was very affordable considering the amount of work that needed to be done to clear everything out. He also arrived very quickly and was very courteous and explained steps I can take to prevent this from happening again. I would most definitely call him again.

Great service very professional

They gave us a quote for $79 to come out on a Sunday to inspect a problem. The technician called us back and tried to change the quote to $495 an hour with a minimum of 1 hour. He asked was I sure it wasn’t something that could wait. We got him to grudgenly agree it was only $79 for the estimate. He said he would be out in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later he called back saying it was now night hours and it was $250 plus $495 for a minimum of 1 hour. We canceled he service call and contacted a different company. They do not honor their quotes. I called to complain and the manager said he did not know where the technician came up with the numbers from.
