I was able to make an appointment within the day and their tech Zach arrived timely and fixed the issue quickly. Provided me with a little education and some tips to keep it from happening again. They charged me nearly $3000 to replace my water heater. I asked them why was it so expensive and the salesman said because they do the job with permits and a city inspector will check it. I had to take it because I didn't have hot water. Normally, I get two or three bids.

These guys are the best! They have replaced our water heater, repiped our hot water line, replaced a shower unit and installed a toilet. They are prompt, friendly, know their stuff, and totally honest. Seriously, call them!
