They arrived really fast, technician Alain came out, he was very polite and went step by step on how the process of replacing a water heater would be like and what parts he was going to change. Ok, so we were in need of a plumber tonight and Ryan was cool at first but than my spouse told be he had an issue were he has new toilets installed and this company wasn’t able to complete the job and he has to pay twice.
I asked if Ryan could kindly do something from our last experience he was talking and my spouse was trying to tell him it wasn’t really and issue and Ryan said I’m speaking and I can’t hear you if you if I talking.
I told him I really liked his customer service and wanted to utilize this companies service but once he got rude no thank you !
I’m all about integrity and work ethics, look somewhere else and like Ryan said “ I wish the best of luck to you guys”

They came, unclog the main pipe, took them 20-30 minutes and cost me $ 365!! For 30 min!!

I work in Software Technology dealing with Artificial Intelligence and I don't think we even come close to these charges!! I don't mind paying the minimum charge for 1 hr, but I'm sure one hr does not cost 700 an hr... Over charged, over valued and over rated!
