From start to finish, the company was quick to respond but also were extremely professional, from the office and rep that came out to the site. Zach is the rep that came onsite saw the issue and remedied it fairly quickly. Explained what's going on and how he fixed it. He was apologetic that he had to charge the standard charge which was an hour and understandable. I was appreciative of his work, professionalism, being able to explain in laymen terms what happened and what he was doing, handled it and gave me options on how to pay the bill.
