They came threw my showers and toilet were clogged and the came and unclogged it and they were so nice and yes they came after 6pm didn't hesitate to come and fixed the problem and the price was cheap too, and I love how he brings his wife a son you can tell it's a family company. *Two months later, after many calls and anger on my part, Roto Rooter fixed the issue with permit and inspection at no additional cost.*
I had work done by Roto Rooter and I am not satisfied. In the invoice I was charged for a permit which, after a call to the city, I found out was not pulled. There was no inspection, though the invoice stated that there would be one. Work was “completed” but a month and a half later the same problem reoccurred. They make excuses and don’t seem to understand when someone spends over 10,000 on “fixing” a problem they expect the problem to be fixed, and if not all efforts should be made to make it good. Anger and frustration is all I got from using this company.

The plumber (George) was fast, focused, found the problem immediately and fixed it.

Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.
