I purchased a new refrigerator but was not able install it as the water hose was rusted and stuck. I called around to a few plumbing services but Alexander & Clark was the only one that offered me same day service. They were able to get the part I needed and completed the install under an hour. The plumbing team was super efficient and even helped me install my new refrigerator at no additional cost.

Had Chad out to do yearly maintenance on my tankless water heater and also install a water softener unit. Excellent work ethics, honest and reliable. Will be using his services in the future. Thank you Chad!

I love JC Sewer & Drain. They do their best to schedule you asap. They show up on time and do great work. I use them whenever I have plumbing issues, and I am never disappointed.

Disappointed... I've use them before and was greatly satisfied, but not this last Friday (8.18.23) Having issues with my refrigerator, I needed the cold water supply valve under the kitchen sink replaced and a valve installed to isolate the water line to the fridge. I also needed the drain from the left bowl fixed because it leaked when used. An additional issue was in the main bath... But after looking at the bath the tech left stating he needed to check for parts and never returned to fix the kitchen.

Josh contacted me after seeing my Facebook post looking for a plumber to replace a broken water heater. He is thorough and kept me updated, and quick to respond.

I am happy with the work, and would recommend Josh without hesitation.

I had an emergency at my home (on a Sunday afternoon no less!). This company picked up the phone and came out within an hour and solved our problem in the blink of an eye! AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF, THEY DIDNT CHARGE ME A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT FOR THE EMERGENCY CALL OR COMING OUT ON A SUNDAY! WOW!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone with no reservation whatsoever!

Our water heater had gone out and these guys got it up and running within a couple hours. Super nice guys and really helpful. Saved us a ton of money because another plumber said we needed to replace the whole water heater but these guys were able to fix one of the valves and get it working properly. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
