The experience wasn’t as good as the first time. Knights originally installed the faucet that I'd purchased. The service call was to fix the faucet because it had come loose and was wobbling profusely. The tech that came out said he'd only be able to tighten the nut holding the faucet in place, nothing more...nothing to make the nut NOT back out again and also stated that the nut will probably get loose again. But he did offer, for an extra charge, to take the faucet apart to fix it by dropping some LOCTITE on the threads. Another offer was to replace the entire faucet with another, from the company. (no photos of the area worked on because of a physical disability)

Needed custom parts built and they did it and did it over night for me. I recommend these guys to everyone

It was like having a long time friend over. Felt very comfortable with him in, and around my house. My AC is working better than it’s every worked. A1 service.

We had a leak under our sink and werent sure which company to call. After checking the reviews for local plumbers, we decided to go with Crystal Plumbing. We were so pleased with our service thanks to Dave S. and very pleased with the cost as well. Awesome job and awesome price. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

Needed to upgrade my stove so I need to change my gas shut-off valve from 1/2 to 5/8 size. Had to call several companies but Valice is the only one who is easiest to schedule. Not familiar with pricing around the same work but I would prefer the quality and good experience than worry about the price. So i cannot really comment about pricing. He is friendly and professional, easy to schedule and prompt response. Highly recommended!!

Arrived shortly after called, great service, got quickly started on the job and completely fixed right away.

We had called this company to come out about a month ago and we wanted them to diagnose our septic leak in our backyard that was coming from a root that had punctured our septic pipe however when Nelson and Rene came out, Nelson was the supervisor and he seemed more concerned about trying to sell us a service that we didn't need along with not diagnosing re-issue correctly and was instead acting more like a car salesman then he was a concerned and caring plumber. We were originally told that we were only going to be paying $460 for the diagnosis and to help get our snake out of our line which was stuck and we ended up paying over $800 and to make things more disappointing Nelson told us that he would come back within a few days to follow up with us which never happened. I called immediately on Monday because no one came back out and I was told that the branch manager for this area was supposed to call me which I never received a call back and I called again a few weeks later in order to follow up as to why I never received a call and I still didn't receive a call. A week later we had received a bill from Roto-Rooter that said that we owed another $400 which was completely incorrect and it was claiming that we owed for work that was never even done to our home and so I immediately called back and complained about this and finally received a call from a manager and they claimed that they were going to take the additional $400 off of our bill. The manager didn't seem to show any concern at all that we were not only overcharged but we were originally charged for work that was never even done in the first place!! I would not recommend going with this company but instead go with Phil and Paul's plumbing which do much better work and they are a lot more honest and straightforward up front than this company!! Roto-Rooter only seems to care about making sales more than actually taking care of your plumbing concerns!!!

We have dealt with D-Plumber many times through the years at our Stockton business location. We continue to call him back as we have always been very pleased with his services. Friendly, polite and a hard worker.
