I have used them to renovate our bathrooms , they asked for all the money to buy parts and finish the job but after that they stopped answering calls. I have been trying to reach out to them, calling everyday.

They left unfinished bathroom.

Charged me 200.00 for a thirty dollar part. When i inquired the owner was rude and stated just because you see a part online it doesnt mean its really that cheap. I would NEVER recommend any one use their services!

We called James because a toilet from one of our projects at Vineyard Floors kept leaking after changing the wax rings multiple times. They were able to figure out that it was a loose bolt on the tank slowly leaking water.

Tried to call to get some answers and curiously asked as to whether or not they offer over the phone quote, the woman on the phone then said no and hung up on me. I tried to call back but was met with a voicemail.

There was no chance for me to ask further questions or schedule an appointment.
