From start to finish, the company was quick to respond but also were extremely professional, from the office and rep that came out to the site. Zach is the rep that came onsite saw the issue and remedied it fairly quickly. Explained what's going on and how he fixed it. He was apologetic that he had to charge the standard charge which was an hour and understandable. I was appreciative of his work, professionalism, being able to explain in laymen terms what happened and what he was doing, handled it and gave me options on how to pay the bill. They charged me nearly $3000 to replace my water heater. I asked them why was it so expensive and the salesman said because they do the job with permits and a city inspector will check it. I had to take it because I didn't have hot water. Normally, I get two or three bids.

I called Discount Plumbing at 1:30 in the morning after a blockage started flooding the house. Within 30 minutes we had a friendly plumber at our door. Francisco fixed the problem and even helped get things cleaned up. The price was very reasonable.

Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.
