Joe Bryson misrepresented what he was doing. Did VERY shabby work. (the warranty paperwork was installed INSIDE the condenser unit out in the yard.... a few days later the AC stopped working and another REPUTABLE AC company came out and they found the paperwork had been installed in the condenser and had burnt edges). The condensation drain was stuck into an existing PVC pipe extending from the wall that WASN'T HOOKED INTO ANYTHING, and therefore flooded my entire living room, hallway and kitchen. I had to replace all of my floors (thank God for good insurance!) I was without AC for a week in the hottest part of the summer. Finally, after taking many notes on behavior and workmanship, I turned him over to the State Contractor's Board and they took it from there. He was taken to court and fined thousands of dollars in fines and the court also reimbursed me for the repairs I had to have done to my AC/heating unit. NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MAN TO FIX ANYTHING AT MY HOUSE. I don't understand why he's still in business. I could go on. . . there was a lot more. It was the summer I'll never forget!!!

I call them cause every morning I had a big puddle by my sprinklers valves. Jeff came out and told me it was a main pipe that was leaking. It didn't make sense to me cause it will only leak when the sprinklers were on. But I trusted him. By the way I've been using James the owner since he started from his old pick up truck. Well 8 hours later he said it was fixed and I paid $800. Next day when my sprinklers turn on same problem. Jeff came out and dug down deeper and found a sprinklers pipe leaking. He told me it was an easy fix but he doesn't do sprinklers. So I paid $800 for him to guess wrong. He could of mDe it right by fixing what he called an easy fix. Wow. After 20 years of using them James lost an old time Custer for an easy fix

my new water heater looks good now. unlike the old one that i had, it was very ugly. pipes were crooked, stuff hanging on the pipes itself and thanks to VALICE plumbing. they were professionals. they installed my new water heater nice and neat and they have a website too, its awesome.

I've used Valice Plumbing several times. They did the sewer line inspection for our home, they rerouted our water and electrical lines for installing a kitchen island, AND they did the finish work for the island (installed sink, disposal, and dishwasher). Man, they can just do it all. They are very responsive and a breeze to work with. I'll be calling Valice when I need any plumbing work done.
