I have used them to renovate our bathrooms , they asked for all the money to buy parts and finish the job but after that they stopped answering calls. I have been trying to reach out to them, calling everyday.

They left unfinished bathroom.

Charged me 200.00 for a thirty dollar part. When i inquired the owner was rude and stated just because you see a part online it doesnt mean its really that cheap. I would NEVER recommend any one use their services!

Luis responded to my inquiry within 10 minutes (and it was before 7:30 a.m.). He arrived on time, was very professional, and friendly. He fixed my broken, leaking pipe very quickly, and when I asked whether he should replace my very old shut off valve, he actually discouraged me from doing so (“if it’s not broke, don’t fix it”) rather than taking the opportunity to take more of my money. I would highly recommend Luis!

I think this was a TOP NOTCH business! It’s not easy knowing ahead of time who are honest, easy to work with, fair, and that you can trust. They came out and told us what the problem was and gave us an estimate. I had checked around and read the other reviews before using them. They completed their work promptly, and kept communication with us the whole time. The boss and workers were personable, knowledgeable, and actually charged us on the lower end of the job bid! I will recommend them to my friends and use them again if I need help!! They were awesome!!!!

From start to finish, the company was quick to respond but also were extremely professional, from the office and rep that came out to the site. Zach is the rep that came onsite saw the issue and remedied it fairly quickly. Explained what's going on and how he fixed it. He was apologetic that he had to charge the standard charge which was an hour and understandable. I was appreciative of his work, professionalism, being able to explain in laymen terms what happened and what he was doing, handled it and gave me options on how to pay the bill. *Two months later, after many calls and anger on my part, Roto Rooter fixed the issue with permit and inspection at no additional cost.*
I had work done by Roto Rooter and I am not satisfied. In the invoice I was charged for a permit which, after a call to the city, I found out was not pulled. There was no inspection, though the invoice stated that there would be one. Work was “completed” but a month and a half later the same problem reoccurred. They make excuses and don’t seem to understand when someone spends over 10,000 on “fixing” a problem they expect the problem to be fixed, and if not all efforts should be made to make it good. Anger and frustration is all I got from using this company.

I had a few issues and the manager came right over and fixed everything. There was something caught in the garbage disposal and he got it out quick. Hot water heater needed adjusting, he fixed it right then and there. Backed up toilet -- fixed it quick. I would not use any other plumber. They're the real deal. Great response, reasonable rates, reliable service.
