From start to finish, the company was quick to respond but also were extremely professional, from the office and rep that came out to the site. Zach is the rep that came onsite saw the issue and remedied it fairly quickly. Explained what's going on and how he fixed it. He was apologetic that he had to charge the standard charge which was an hour and understandable. I was appreciative of his work, professionalism, being able to explain in laymen terms what happened and what he was doing, handled it and gave me options on how to pay the bill. I just had Freitas Plumbing out, and he was AMAZING!!! My tub water wouldn’t turn off I called them and within 20 minutes Freitas plumbing was at my house, He was very nice and very clean, he cleaned up after himself and was Detailed on letting me know what he was doing. All around Great service !!! I highly recommend them!!!

Juan and his sons completed a Trenchless main sewer line replacement after I’d had problems with blockage from tree roots for years. They worked very hard as a team and overcame a potential disaster once actually visualizing how close the gas line was to the sewer line. They were friendly, professional and completed the job timely and did an excellent clean up. The price was right as well. I will be using this team for any future plumbing needs.

The guy was nice and friendly. He used the snake for about 10 mins, and determined it couldn’t be done. He wanted me to upgrade to a more expensive service. I said no, so he packed up and left. Problem wasn’t fix.
