Joe Bryson misrepresented what he was doing. Did VERY shabby work. (the warranty paperwork was installed INSIDE the condenser unit out in the yard.... a few days later the AC stopped working and another REPUTABLE AC company came out and they found the paperwork had been installed in the condenser and had burnt edges). The condensation drain was stuck into an existing PVC pipe extending from the wall that WASN'T HOOKED INTO ANYTHING, and therefore flooded my entire living room, hallway and kitchen. I had to replace all of my floors (thank God for good insurance!) I was without AC for a week in the hottest part of the summer. Finally, after taking many notes on behavior and workmanship, I turned him over to the State Contractor's Board and they took it from there. He was taken to court and fined thousands of dollars in fines and the court also reimbursed me for the repairs I had to have done to my AC/heating unit. NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MAN TO FIX ANYTHING AT MY HOUSE. I don't understand why he's still in business. I could go on. . . there was a lot more. It was the summer I'll never forget!!!

I started the week thinking I would be investing $1000 to repair my rooftop HVAC unit! The blower... wasn't! I called Juan, who came out today, troubleshot the problem, determined the parts I needed were replaceable under warranty! He made the call to his supplier... confirmed stock... jumped off the roof... went to pick up the part and was back in a jiffy to install and had me back in service in under two hours! The price was right and the service... top notch!

We cannot express the level professionalism and integrity JC Sewer& Drain Plumbing is! We literally wasted 2 weeks waiting for two other plumbers to give us estimates. James came in, listened to our extensive needs and discussed how he could approach each and everyone of our concerns In addition, we received the quote the same day and was ready to get to work!!!! James takes pride in his work, explains things as he goes along (only because the hubby kept asking questions) and got the job done!!! We used their services years ago and I regret not calling them first this round!!! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES as there were many other things we had done that weren't even noted on this list!!! Some galvanized pipes were replaced upgraded, shower head made taller, pot filler installed etc!!! He and his team will be on our list to be the only plumbers we call from now on!!! I called Valice plumbing near midnight, I had a situation with an elderly couple at my rental that had no use of the toilet, Valentine with Valice plumbing not only responded that late in the night but he sent me videos before and after of the work he did. At Valice plumbing they are very honest and fair, I will continue to use them for my plumbing needs. This is why I rated this company with five stars.

Juan and his sons completed a Trenchless main sewer line replacement after I’d had problems with blockage from tree roots for years. They worked very hard as a team and overcame a potential disaster once actually visualizing how close the gas line was to the sewer line. They were friendly, professional and completed the job timely and did an excellent clean up. The price was right as well. I will be using this team for any future plumbing needs.
