Stopped and found leak. Will need to replace toilet and uphill sump tank system in future. A little bit pricy but worth eliminating the problem.

I was able to make an appointment within the day and their tech Zach arrived timely and fixed the issue quickly. Provided me with a little education and some tips to keep it from happening again. The saying you get what you pay for is absolutely true. Valice Plumbing does outstanding work in a very professional manner. All I can say is that I am pleased that I decided to let Valice Plumbing install my water heater. This family owned business is on another level when it comes to customer service!

I would like to say first and foremost they were very friendly showed up basically on time and honored their quote. However we had toilet upstairs that was not flushing properly they sent out a rep, he ran the snake down the toilet a few times said it was clear and nothing was blocking the flow, yet the toilet was still not flushing properly. They said it was a poor brand American Standard and to replace it for $750 with the manufacturer they recommended.

I knew in my mind it was not the toilet as it was recently replaced. Another service came out and cleared the issue with a chemical treatment of the water. Freitas should be just as knowledgeable about issues as this company was.

The guy was nice and friendly. He used the snake for about 10 mins, and determined it couldn’t be done. He wanted me to upgrade to a more expensive service. I said no, so he packed up and left. Problem wasn’t fix.

Juan and his sons completed a Trenchless main sewer line replacement after I’d had problems with blockage from tree roots for years. They worked very hard as a team and overcame a potential disaster once actually visualizing how close the gas line was to the sewer line. They were friendly, professional and completed the job timely and did an excellent clean up. The price was right as well. I will be using this team for any future plumbing needs.
