Nino and son (Ryan) showed up and replaced my AC system. They did such an amazing job and got my air working. My home now feels so cool. Could not tolerate the heat but in no time, they got it fixed! I called with an Exact problem and just looking for an idea of cost if it were only to replace/repair a specific part on my water heater. I told the lady I was at work and she would not stop asking questions that had no bearing on the cost. then she went on to tell me (finally after 5 minutes) that they would charge $99 to go there and then they could give me an idea. Don't waste your time if you have any questions. call someone else. They read a script and apparently cannot ask someone else to answer a question if it is not on their script. I called Lovotti Air and they are having a technician call me back. Wow, crazy idea right:)

I have used other Plumbing companies in the 11 years I have lived in Stockton and none of them compare to the service I have received from JC Plumbing. I love them! Horrible service. I was charged $95 to be told that I had a leaking pipe... no kidding? He only want to trench a brand new main $$$$$$
Tech was not useful and left me without water when he could have just jumped a hose from the pump faucet to the house! When I called to discuss it with the owner so that I wouldn't have to leave a BAD REVIEW, he said he would just tear up the check then HE CASHED IT ANYWAY!! Do not call them for help you will just get ripped off.

Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.
